If required we can carry out inspection of work on site as the build proceeds for compliance with the drawings and good practice. We can carry this out on a formal or informal basis. If you do not require such inspections, but an issue arises say for example with setting out or with a build problem we would be pleased to visit site to look at such problems and advise. We do not normally charge for such a visit and even try not to if the resultant problem is not of our doing. We do however state that if this amounts to more than a couple of visits through no fault of our own, then we agree a way to charge for such. Informal visits can be agreed usually for a fixed price per visit. We would be pleased to discuss this matter further with you.
